With the victory, Ascension Catholic upgrades its record to 4-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Independence (Independence, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Independence lost 57-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Sumner (Kentwood, LA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Jehovah-Jireh Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 50-30 non-league loss to Springfield (Springfield, LA).
