In Friday's league outing, the New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA), by a margin of 75-71.

The Trojans (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against York (Yorktown, VA). The Falcons go into the Bay Rivers outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, York got by Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA), 67-63, in a league outing.
