Alabama High School Basketball - Southeastern knocked off by Oneonta
January 12, 2024: Remlap, AL 35133 The Oneonta Redskins basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Southeastern Mustangs to 64 in the Redskins non-league triumph on Friday.
The Redskins now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashville for a 4A Area 11 contest on Friday, January 12. Oneonta will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-41 league loss to Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-9.
The Mustangs (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Eagles enter the 2A Area 11 contest with a 5-17 record. In their last contest, Cold Springs was defeated by Southeastern (Remlap, AL), 64-53, in a league contest.
