The Fulshear Chargers (Fulshear, TX) basketball nipped the host Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX), 43-42 in Friday's league test.

The Chargers (19-5) will now prepare for their test against Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Mustangs go into the 5A Region III District 20 test with a 5-20 record. In their last test, Lamar Consolidated was tipped by Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX), 51-45, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 16-11 record. They play next when they host Randle for a 5A Region III District 20 test on Tuesday, January 16. Foster will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 79-29 league win over Terry (Rosenberg, TX). The Lions record now stands at 18-8.
