Northwood Falcons (Shreveport, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA), 77-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwood upgrades its record to 17-9 on the season. The Falcons travel to Minden (Minden, LA) to clash with the Crimson Tide in a 4A District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Crimson Tide go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Minden won 58-28 in their recent league bout against Washington (Shreveport, LA)

Next up, the Flyers clash with the Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers (Shreveport, LA) in a 2A District 1 bout, on Thursday, January 18. Loyola College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record.
