The Richmond Blue Devils basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Almont Raiders to 43 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkley for a non-league contest on Sunday, January 15. Richmond will meet a Bears team coming off a 56-45 league win over Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Bears record now stands at 6-3.

The Raiders (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Flint Southwestern Academy (Flint, MI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record.
