Central Catholic Vikings (Pittsburgh, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA), 55-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Central Catholic upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA) to play the in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The come into the bout with a record of 12-0. Lincoln Park Performing Arts won 72-54 in their recent league bout against Central Valley (Monaca, PA)
