Louisiana High School Basketball - Converse topped by Negreet
January 13, 2023: Negreet, LA 71460 The Negreet Indians basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Converse Wildcats to 51 in the Indians league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stanley for a B District 3 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Negreet will battle a Panthers team coming off a 39-33 league loss to Zwolle (Zwolle, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
The Wildcats (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Starks (Starks, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record.
