January 13, 2023: Greenville, SC 29609 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Wade Hampton Generals (Greenville, SC) and the visiting Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC), saw Wade Hampton's basketball squad wallop Laurens by a tally of 75-50.
With the victory, Wade Hampton improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Spartanburg won 48-33 in their recent league challenge against Gaffney (Gaffney, SC)
Next up, the Raiders play the Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 challenge, on Friday, January 20. Laurens will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 56-55 league loss to Greer (Greer, SC).
