South Carolina High School Basketball - Wade Hampton tipped by Riverside
February 7, 2023: Greenville, SC 29609 The Riverside Warriors basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Wade Hampton Generals to 63 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greer for a AAAA Region 2 contest on Friday, February 10. Riverside will meet a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 67-45 league win over Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 19-5.
The Generals (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Eagles enter the AAAA Region 2 contest with a 15-8 record. In their last contest, Eastside nudged Laurens (Laurens, SC), 68-49, in a league contest.
