Idaho High School Basketball - Rigby holds off Skyline
January 13, 2023: Idaho Falls, ID 83402 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID) and the host Skyline Grizzlies (Idaho Falls, ID), saw Rigby's basketball squad hold off Skyline by a tally of 66-59.
With the victory, Rigby improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Highland (Pocatello, ID) to confront the Rams in a 5A High Country challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 8-5.
Next up, the Grizzlies confront the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) in a 4A High Country challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Skyline will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Russets come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 62-49 non-league loss to Pocatello (Pocatello, ID).
