The Valley Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 26 points and restricted the visiting Coast Union Broncos to 22 in the Lions league victory on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cuyama Valley for a Coast Valley contest on Monday, January 16. Valley Christian Academy will battle a Bears team coming off a 34-8 league win over Shandon (Shandon, CA). The Bears record now stands at 2-2.

The Broncos (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Orcutt Academy (Orcutt, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league match with a 13-3 record.
