January 13, 2023: Coventry, RI 02816 The North Smithfield Northmen ice hockey squad scored 3 points and restricted the host Coventry Oakers to 1 in the Northmen non-league victory on Friday.
With the victory, North Smithfield moves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Northmen host South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI) to face the Rebels in a Division 2 contest on Saturday, January 14. The Rebels go into the contest with a record of 3-2. South Kingstown won 5-3 in their recent league contest against Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI)
