Indiana High School Basketball - Franklin County beaten by East Central

January 13, 2024: St. Leon, IN 47012

In Saturday's league match, the host East Central Trojans basketball team scored a good 42-29 triumph over the Franklin County Wildcats.

In their next game, the Trojans face the South Dearborn Knights (Aurora, IN) in a Eastern Indiana match, on Wednesday, January 17. East Central will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 7-7 record after their 85-56 league loss to Greensburg (Greensburg, IN).

With the defeat, Franklin County moves to 5-9 on the year. The Wildcats host Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 16. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-7. Jac-Cen-Del won 63-42 in their recent non-league match against Waldron (Waldron, IN)
