In Monday's league test, the Vanguard College Prep Lions (Modesto, CA) basketball squad knocked off the host Delta Charter Dragons (Tracy, CA), by a score of 49-39.

Next, the Lions encounter the Elliot Christian Eagles (Lodi, CA) in a Mountain Valley League test, on Tuesday, January 14. Vanguard College Prep will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 7-9 record after their 57-50 league win over Humphreys Able Charter (Stockton, CA).
