Virginia High School Basketball - Colonial Forge ripped by Edison

January 14, 2023: Alexandria, VA 22310

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Edison Eagles basketball team scored a decisive 68-37 triumph over the Colonial Forge Eagles.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a District 3 match, on Wednesday, January 18. Edison will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Atoms enter the match with a 7-7 record after their 77-48 league win over Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA).

With the defeat, Colonial Forge moves to 7-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA) to meet the Panthers in a Commonwealth match on Tuesday, January 17. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 11-2. Massaponax won 46-38 in their recent league match against Stafford (Falmouth, VA)
