The Edison Eagles basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Falls Church Jaguars to 47 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yorktown for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Edison will battle a Patriots team coming off a 48-33 non-league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 9-3.

The Jaguars (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Majors come into the non-league contest with a 2-11 record.
