Virginia High School Basketball - Potomac Senior tops Edison

December 10, 2022: Dumfries, VA 22026

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Potomac Senior Panthers (Dumfries, VA) and the visiting Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA), saw Potomac Senior's basketball squad knock off Edison by a count of 76-61.

With the victory, Potomac Senior upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Panthers host Freedom (Woodbridge, VA) to play the Eagles in a Eastern challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Falls Church Jaguars (Falls Church, VA) in a District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 65-58 non-league win over Langley (McLean, VA).
