The East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) basketball felled the host Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN), 46-34 in Saturday's league test.

The Trojans (3-8) will now prepare for their test against South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Knights go into the Eastern Indiana test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, South Dearborn went down by Greensburg (Greensburg, IN), 66-60, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Lawrenceburg for a Eastern Indiana test on Tuesday, January 17. Franklin County will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 53-47 non-league win over North Decatur (Greensburg, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 10-3.
