Texas High School Basketball - Allen Academy routs O'Connell
January 14, 2023: Galveston, TX 77550 In Saturday's league outing, the Allen Academy Rams (Bryan, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host O'Connell Buccaneers (Galveston, TX), by a margin of 50-2.
The Rams (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Chinquapin (Highlands, TX). The Burrs go into the TAPPS 2A District 6 outing with a 0-1 record.
The Buccaneers now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Legacy Christian Academy for a TAPPS 2A District 6 outing on Tuesday, January 17. O'Connell will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 41-30 league win over Covenant Christian (Conroe, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 9-9.
