South Dakota High School Basketball - Webster tops Ipswich
January 14, 2023: Webster, SD 57274 Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD), 46-28 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Webster upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Florence/Henry (Florence, SD) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 8-0. Florence/Henry won 63-42 in their recent non-league bout against Parkston (Parkston, SD)
Next up, the Tigers play the North Central Thunder (Eureka, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Ipswich will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Thunder come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 55-29 non-league loss to Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD).
