Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT), 51-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Stamford upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Black Knights host Warde (Fairfield, CT) to play the Mustangs in a Fairfield County bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Vikings play the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Westhill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
