In Tuesday's league contest, the host Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers basketball team scored a big 74-28 win over the Homer Pelicans.

The Cavaliers (19-4) will now prepare for their contest against Union Parish (Farmerville, LA). The Farmers come into the 2A District 1 contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Union Parish smashed Green Oaks (Shreveport, LA), 62-59, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pelicans battle the North Caddo Titans (Vivian, LA) in a 2A District 1 contest, on Friday, January 17. Homer will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record.
