Oklahoma High School Basketball - Woodward fells Clinton
January 14, 2025: Woodward, OK 73801 The Woodward Boomers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Clinton Red Tornadoes to 44 in the Boomers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Boomers now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pawhuska for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Woodward will confront a Huskies team coming off a 59-44 non-league win over Pawnee (Pawnee, OK). The Huskies record now stands at 4-8.
With the loss, Clinton falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Red tornadoes host Newcastle (Newcastle, OK) to confront the Racers in a Western - North game on Thursday, January 16. The Racers go into the game with a record of 4-5. Newcastle lost 57-46 in their recent league game against Kingfisher (Kingfisher, OK)
