Maine High School Basketball - Monmouth Academy holds off Mount Abram
January 14, 2025: Strong, ME 04983 In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Monmouth Academy Mustangs basketball team scored a close 69-62 triumph over the Mount Abram Roadrunners.
The Mustangs (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME). The Seahawks come into the C South challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Boothbay was tipped by Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME), 37-34, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Roadrunners encounter the Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) in a C South challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Mount Abram will attempt to improve on its 11-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 47-45 league win over Madison (Madison, ME).
