The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) and the host Rockwood Rockets (Rockwood, PA), observed Blacklick Valley's basketball team knock off Rockwood by a score of 43-31.

The Vikings (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Glendale lost by Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA), 84-44, in a league battle.

The Rockets now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ferndale for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 20.
