Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Fordham Prep Rams (Bronx, NY) and the host St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings (Staten Island, NY), saw Fordham Prep's basketball squad hold off St. Joseph-by-the-Sea by a count of 55-51.

With the victory, Fordham Prep upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Rams host Nazareth (Brooklyn, NY) to play the Kingsmen in a Catholic A challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Kingsmen come into the challenge with a record of 10-0.
