Maryland High School Basketball - Evergreen Christian crushes Springdale Prep

Evergreen Christian Eagles (Leesburg, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD), 72-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Evergreen Christian upgrades its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Rock Creek Christian Academy (Upper Marlboro, MD) to play the Eagles in a Metro Private bout on Thursday, January 18. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 10-5.

Next up, the Lions play the New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD) in a Metro Private bout, on Thursday, January 18. Springdale Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The come into the bout with a 12-13 record after their 82-68 non-league win over Bristol (Bristol, PA).
