Alabama High School Basketball - Excel ripped by Monroe County
January 16, 2024: Excel, AL 36439 The Monroe County Tigers basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Excel Panthers to 15 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomasville for a 3A Area 5 contest on Friday, January 19.
The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Flomaton (Flomaton, AL). The Hurricanes enter the non-league contest with a 1-10 record.
