The Southeast Halifax Trojans basketball team (Halifax, NC), was nudged 51-49 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Wilson Prep Tigers (Wilson, NC)

The Tigers now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northampton County for a non-league battle on Friday, January 19. Wilson Prep will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 47-28 non-league loss to Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-11.
