In Thursday's league test, the Bolton Central Eagles (Bolton Landing, NY) basketball squad trounced the host Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY), by a score of 72-35.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Hunter-Tannersville Wildcats (Tannersville, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 18. Bolton Central will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 47-20 non-league loss to Charlotte Valley (Davenport, NY).
