Oregon High School Basketball - Cove defeats Imbler
January 16, 2025: Imbler, OR 97841 The Cove Leopards (Cove, OR) basketball were winner over the host Imbler Panthers (Imbler, OR), 55-44 in Thursday's league bout.
The Leopards now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Pilot Rock for a bout on Friday, January 17. Cove will play a Rockets team coming off a 67-42 league loss to Cove (Cove, OR). The Rockets record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Imbler falls to 2-14 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Griswold (Helix, OR) to play the Grizzlies in a 1A Old Oregon bout on Saturday, January 18. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Griswold lost 90-28 in their recent league bout against Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR)
