Iowa High School Basketball - Turkey Valley bests Tripoli
January 16, 2025: Jackson Junction, IA 52171 The Turkey Valley Trojans basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Tripoli Panthers to 46 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Kee for a Upper Iowa game on Friday, January 17. Turkey Valley will confront a Kee Hawks team coming off a 80-45 non-league win over New Hampton (New Hampton, IA). The Kee Hawks record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Tripoli falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Panthers host Don Bosco (Gilbertville, IA) to confront the Dons in a Iowa Star game on Friday, January 17. The Dons go into the game with a record of 8-6. Don Bosco won 65-29 in their recent non-league game against Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA)
