The Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) basketball toppled the visiting Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN), 50-30 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Golden Bears now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wapahani for a Mid-Eastern bout on Wednesday, January 22. Monroe Central will face a Raiders squad coming off a 40-28 non-league win over Daleville (Daleville, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 16-2.
