The Glendale Vikings basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Curwensville Golden Tide to 40 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williamsburg for a Inter County - North contest on Friday, January 20. Glendale will battle a Blue Pirates team coming off a 71-65 non-league loss to Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA). The Blue Pirates record now stands at 8-6.

The Golden Tide (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA). The Black Knights/Damsels come into the Moshannon Valley contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, Moshannon Valley was nudged by Harmony Area (Westover, PA), 66-35, in a league contest.
