The Frenship Tigers basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting Midland Legacy Rebels to 54 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Permian for a 6A Region I District 2 contest on Friday, January 20. Frenship will battle a Panthers team coming off a 71-55 league win over San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 14-8.

The Rebels (3-20) will now prepare for their contest against Odessa (Odessa, TX). The Bronchos enter the 6A Region I District 2 contest with a 15-11 record. In their last contest, Odessa was routed by Midland (Midland, TX), 74-70, in a league contest.
