The Odessa Bronchos basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Midland Legacy Rebels to 62 in the Bronchos league triumph on Friday.

The Bronchos now sport a 16-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Angelo Central for a 6A Region I District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Odessa will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 70-61 league loss to Midland (Midland, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 19-5.

The Rebels (3-21) will now prepare for their contest against Permian (Odessa, TX). The Panthers enter the 6A Region I District 2 contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Permian was nudged by Frenship (Wolfforth, TX), 81-74, in a league contest.
