The Youngker Roughriders basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Glendale Cardinals to 59 in the Roughriders league victory on Tuesday.

The Roughriders now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kofa for a 5A Central Valley contest on Thursday, January 19. Youngker will battle a Kings team coming off a 56-45 non-league loss to Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Kings record now stands at 8-7.
