January 17, 2023: Dillsburg, PA 17019

Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA), 46-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Waynesboro upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Indians host Big Spring (Newville, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Friday, January 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Big Spring won 48-46 in their recent league bout against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA)

Next up, the Polar Bears play the James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout, on Friday, January 20. Northern York will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 57-37 league loss to Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA).
