Texas High School Basketball - Roscoe succumbs to Winters
January 17, 2023: Roscoe, TX 79545 The Winters Blizzards topped the host Roscoe Plowboys basketball team by a tally of 49-39 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Blizzards now possess a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coleman for a 2A Region I District 8 battle on Friday, January 20. Winters will confront a Bluecats team coming off a 48-46 league win over Miles (Miles, TX). The Bluecats record now stands at 14-10.
The Plowboys (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Bangs (Bangs, TX). The Dragons come into the 2A Region I District 8 battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Bangs dropped by Colorado (Colorado City, TX), 52-26, in a league battle.
