The Strawberry Crest Chargers basketball team (Dover, FL), was toppled 69-55 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL)

The Wildcats now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 18. Wharton will confront a Dragons team coming off a 81-62 non-league loss to Gaither (Tampa, FL). The Dragons record now stands at 2-15.

The Chargers (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Sumner (Riverview, FL). The Stingrays come into the 7A District 11 battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Sumner beat Brandon (Brandon, FL), 72-32, in a non-league battle.
