January 17, 2023: Rocky Mount, VA 24151 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) basketball squad edged the host Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA), by a count of 59-56.
The Cavaliers (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Staunton River (Moneta, VA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 1-9 record.
The Eagles now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Northside for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20.
