The Cibola Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Eldorado Golden Eagles to 52 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Cueva for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Cibola will battle a Bears team coming off a 69-62 non-league loss to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Bears record now stands at 9-5.
