January 17, 2024: Portland, ME 04101 In Wednesday's league outing, the Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME), by a count of 79-48.
The Bulldogs (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Red Riots go into the non-league outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, South Portland was crushed by Scarborough (Scarborough, ME), 54-49, in a league outing.
The Red Eddies now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Windham for a AA North outing on Friday, January 19. Edward Little will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 57-42 league win over Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 11-1.
