The Howell Rebels basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Marlboro Mustangs to 34 in the Rebels league triumph on Wednesday.

The Rebels now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colts Neck for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19.

The Mustangs (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ). The Braves enter the Shore A - North contest with a 2-9 record.
