Texas High School Basketball - Ingleside overwhelmed by West Oso

The West Oso Bears basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Ingleside Mustangs to 13 in the Bears league victory on Wednesday.

The Bears now sport a 21-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange Grove for a 4A Region IV District 30 contest on Friday, January 19. West Oso will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-32 league loss to Rockport-Fulton (Rockport, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-12.

The Mustangs (20-8) will now prepare for their contest against Jones (Beeville, TX). The Trojans come into the 4A Region IV District 30 contest with a 16-11 record. In their last contest, Jones triumphed over Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX), 40-39, in a league contest.
