January 17, 2025: Gainesville, GA 30506 In Friday's league test, the East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), by a score of 78-62.
Next, the Broncos encounter the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) in a AAAA Region 8 test, on Tuesday, January 21. East Forsyth will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 17-4 record after their 55-28 non-league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA).
The Jaguars (12-7) will now prepare for their test against North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Titans come into the AAAA Region 8 test with a 16-2 record.
