Delaware High School Basketball - Woodbridge bested by Seaford
January 17, 2025: Seaford, DE 19973 Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE), 73-54 in a league match.
With the victory, Seaford advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Bluejays travel to Cambridge-South Dorchester (Cambridge, MD) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 9-1. Cambridge-South Dorchester won 74-41 in their recent league match against Easton (Easton, MD)
The Raiders now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laurel for a Henlopen - Southern match on Tuesday, January 21. Woodbridge will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 46-36 non-league loss to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-4.
