Delaware High School Basketball - Early College bested by Seaford
January 27, 2025: Seaford, DE 19973 Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), 71-51 in a league match.
With the victory, Seaford advances its record to 9-2 on the year. The Bluejays host Lake Forest (Felton, DE) to face the Spartans in a Henlopen - Southern match on Tuesday, January 28. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 8-4. Lake Forest won 60-13 in their recent league match against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE)
The Hornets now own a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Laurel for a Henlopen - Southern match on Tuesday, January 28. Early College will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-30 league win over Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-5.
