The Bruce Trojans bounced the visiting Palmer Dragons basketball squad by a final score of 63-22 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Water Valley Blue Devils (Water Valley, MS) in a 2A Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Bruce will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the outing with a 5-12 record after their 59-34 non-league loss to Vardaman (Vardaman, MS).

The Dragons (0-16) will now prepare for their outing against Rosa Fort (Tunica, MS). The Lions come into the non-league outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Rosa Fort was overwhelmed by North Panola (Sardis, MS), 54-45, in a league outing.
